Great location near a train station and the beautiful Sumida River. Beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and kettle with coffee/tea options. The communal microwave on the ground floor was also useful.
The room was small with virtually no floor space. It was challenging to move around and even pack our belongings.

Very convenient location near subway, with elevator exit. Rooftop offers great view. English and Chinese speaking staff are helpful. New and clean hotel with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and bidet toilets. Traditional pajamas provided.

the hotel offered a great system for choosing whether to have your room cleaned or not, great for flexibility. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff, were great to accommodate our request for a room change. The hotel's rooftop view deck was an added bonus, providing a lovely spot to take in the surrounding sights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being right next to the subway station. It was so convenient for us to explore the city and catch the early morning train to the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the best parts was the delicious breakfast and the comfortable beds. The hotel facilities was really nice, especially the rooftop terrace and the free tea/coffee available.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, with two subway stations nearby and it is close to the main area of Asakusa. The rooms are well-designed with space under the bed for luggage. The friendly staff are eager to help and there is a rooftop terrace for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast options were limited, with some items sold out early in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have a good view of the Tokyo Sky Tree, providing a nice backdrop for your stay. The staff is friendly and provides good service throughout your stay. The breakfast offers a variety of food options, both Oriental and International, ensuring there's something for everyone.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
